AGAIN 30 Finishes Third In The Fourth Race of the 2007 Season

This past Wednesday night we started our fourth event of the year from the 27th position. We were able to work our way to the top 5 with 9 laps to go. However the car was not handling as I would have wanted it to, it was really really tight off the turns. But even with an ill handling car I was able to get to a third place finish. Me, Pat in the #78 and Brad in the #87 had a great battle side by side for 2-4th place, we never touched, kept it cleaned and had a great time racing each other with a clean track ahead of us, well except for that little yellow #33 which just took off and enjoyed watching the three of us race while he went on to his second win of the year, so congrats to Craig on another win... and do enjoy that extra weight ha ha.

And some more important news that we gotta say... WE GOT OUR SELVES A SPONSOR!!!!!!!! That's right after 2 full years of racing without a primary sponsor we finally have one. Shantok Motors of Rt. 32 in Uncasville, CT is now the primary sponsor of the #30 X-Car. Be sure to check out the car next week with the new shinny logo on the hood!!!!
