I Got A Career High Finish, and A Career Worst Finish In The Same Night... Awesome!!!

I had a nice surprise when I showed up at the track, Glen Estes brought down his #01 Super X for me to drive again, so of course I did lol. He made some adjustments to the car based on feedback I gave him as well as his knowledge of the Super X cars and the car was alot better then last week. I was alot more racy this week being able to get under people and pass them, I was also able to pass people on the high side. I avoided alot of very very close wrecks somehow and was also in a little one haha. It was alot of fun driving that car and I was able to stay on the led lap and finish better then last week, with a new career high of 21st. It was a blast out there and Glen informed me after the races that I would be back behind the wheel of the #01 again next week. My goal will be a top 20 finish, as well as bring the car home in one piece.

As for the #30 Shantok Motors Saturn... it has had alot better luck. The car was stupid fast in practice, I pulled off after two laps it was soo good. Started the race and it was even faster, I was just taking my time to the front, then a lap car was higher on the track then they should have been, so I backed off, at the same time the #80 thought he could get a run on the two cars in front of him so he turned sharply left while going down the backstretch, he thought he had me cleared but didn't, we made very hard contact and it broke my front spindle... snapped it right in half. I am basically out of the championship hunt now with all the bad luck I have been having so from here on out, I want to win the final two x-car races before I leave the division.

And of course congrats to Mike Trask in the #7 on his first win!!!!
